I'm sure many of you are avid guitar hero players and are probably dreaming of the day you can play rock band.
Just curious, if you could, which version of rock band would you get? 360? PS3? PS2?
I'm definitely planning on getting the special edition version (rock band + guitar + drums + mic and MAYBE an extra guitar if i can afford :P), possibly from yesasia.com (free shipping! plus it's the only site that will ship the game internationally. playasia doesn't seem to be selling the special edition version... yet?)
But for which console, i'm not so sure yet.
I have guitar hero 1/2/80's for PS2 (with 2 ori PS2 guitars). So will PROBABLY end up getting rock band for PS2 in the end. Reason is because PS2 the easiest console to bring around to other peoples houses if i want to play at a friends place or something (plus i might not even have to bring a console along since almost everybody has a PS2!)
PS3 and 360 are so huge and heavy, i hate unplugging them and bringing them to other places. Plus not EVERYONE ada HDTV so it would really suck to play 360/PS3 in SD.
Plus since rock band is a music game, graphics aren't really important so i dont really care if it's not in hi def 1080p.
Will any of you be trying to get EGM or EA to 'special order' rock band for you? It'll probably cost over $300+! Maybe sampai $400??? Who knows.
Tapi if order from online, free shipping or not, tambah import tax, mebbe sama cerita jua.
$$$$$$!

i wait for skate 2. will be better than skate 1. i tried the demo on PS3. found it to be ok lah. will wait to see what they come up with in skate 2.

yup just saw GH III for ps2 at gameshop at qlap mall today......should be available at any gameshops......if only i could have GH peripheral for my 'old' ps2......

hmm. if your only choice is to buy original, and if you really love guitar hero, then buy it! it's good.
the last boss battle is soooo good! i like how GH3 has sort of a story now in career mode. told in cartoon style like the gorillaz videos.
